The Cartland Restaurant
It is here we intend to bestow culinary bliss upon our guests,
beginning each morning with a home-cooked breakfast freshly prepared to order. Expect all the usual hearty fare to start the day .
Moving on to evening dinner. By now our chefs have worked throughout the day to bring to the table a fresh, balanced and varied table d’hote menu. Using only the freshest produce bought daily, each dish is carefully created with passion and flair.
Our chefs are eager to provide for all individual tastes and special dietary needs.
An extensive a la carte menu is also available in addition to our table d’hote menu.

Coffee Shop
Open each day from 10am until 5pm our coffee shop closes the void between meals by providing a broad range of options throughout the day from a simple milky coffee with home-made shortbread biscuits, or a light snack to a three course meal. A variety of freshly made cakes and pastries is always available. The coffee shop buzzes with chatting guests and locals who regularly meet to enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere.

Sunday Lunch
Traditional Sunday lunch is served from Noon until 3pm in the Cartland Restaurant. Booking
is essential during this busy period. Here we serve a table d’hote three course meal finished with
fresh coffee at £15.50 per person, two course £13.50.
Breakfast
Monday – Friday 7.30-9.30am
Saturday – Sunday 8.00-9.30am
Breakfast is included in your tariff, however, extra guests may take breakfast at a cost of £9.50
per person.
Menu
Extensive choice of cereals or porridge, grapefruit segments or prunes. Yoghurts, fresh melon and a choice of orange, grapefruit, apple, tomato or cranberry juices. Your choice of a freshly cooked to order Bedford Full Grill with egg (any style) bacon, sausage, tomato, fried bread & blackpudding or home cooked ham with Sandham's local cheeses, or grilled Manx kippers with sizzling butter or smoked haddock lightly poached in butter & milk. Hot toast and a fine assortment of jam's and honey to follow with a fresh pot of coffee or Tea, all served to you at your table.
Dinner
Daily 6.30-8.30pm
Table d’hote dinner is charged at £24.50 for three courses or £19.50 for two courses, with coffee, per person, unless included in your tariff.
Room Service
Available 24 hours chargeable at £3.50 per person.
